REGISTRATION GUIDELINES AND FEE STRUCTURE

New Students:
All new students must pay a $10.00 registration fee (per student) whether they register at pre-registration in April or wait until September.

Returning Students:
No registration fee if you pre-register in April. Returning students who wait until September to register must pay the registration fee.

The following ages are used as a guideline for registration purposes. The instructors assess the children in September and place them in a class appropriate for their age level, ability and dance experience. Once decisions regarding placement are made, they are final.

GENERAL CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

9 – 12 year old	Intermediate	1 ¼ hour	$45
13 & up	Senior 1 & 2	2 ¼ hour	$55
13 & up	Senior 3 & 4	2 ¾ hour	$65
Adult	Adult	1 ½ hour	$250 per year

NOTE: Dance fees will be reduced by one month per child for families with three or more classes excluding the Adult Class.

4 cheques dated as follows: Sept 1, Nov 1, Jan 1, March 1″
2 cheques dated as follows: Sept. 1, Jan 1″
1 cheque for the entire year dated: Sept. 1

A service charge of $25.00 will be charged on NSF cheques. You must clear this with the treasurer before the next class or your child may be asked to sit out until the matter is resolved.

30 days written notice (dated the 1st of the month) is required should you wish to withdraw your child from our program. The balance of your tuition will be refunded. There will be no partial month refunds.
