We use the information we collect on the site to optimize your visitor experience on our website. Our information is not shared with any parties outside of Barvinok Ukrainian Dance Society and its designated agents. We make use of Google Analytics for site traffic reporting. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will only use the information from your submitted emails and forms to reply to you in response to the reason you contacted us. Your Google Reviews, including your comments may be linked/shared anonymously on our website.
THE PEOPLE THAT ARE GIVEN ACCESS TO THIS INFORMATION
Your personal information is accessible only by Barvinok Ukrainian Dance Society and our designates. In some cases, your information may be visible to a designated web service provider but that information is only related to the functionality of or website. No individual personal information is stored on this site or accessible by any third party.

Examples of third party websites we link to are our Merch Store through Calgary-based DoMuch Concepts, YouTube, Vimeo, festival and events pages including but not limited to Calgary Ukrainian Festival and Cheremosh Ukrainian Dance Festival, Google Maps, and performance venues.
Notably, we do fundraising through a company called FlipGive in which members of our team can download the free app and shop at thousands of brand partners who give us cash back for your purchases- FlipGive as well as each of their brand partners operate completely independently of Barvinok Ukrainian Dance Society and have their own terms and conditions and privacy policies. When you shop using FlipGive it is completely your responsibility to understand the terms and conditions of the retailers you are shopping at as well as those of the FlipGive app.
Barvinok Ukrainian Dance Society engages our community on social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram. These platforms have their own privacy policies and terms and conditions that are completely independent from ours. We are not responsible for the content, policies of any of the social media platforms we use. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of social media platforms before using them.
SELLING OF THIRD PARTY GOODS
From time to time, Barvinok Ukrainian Dance Society may offer goods from third parties. This may include but not be limited to branded apparel, digital media content and fundraiser items. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods made available to us by third parties.
SALES OF GOODS AND SERVICES
Periodically we make certain goods, services and event tickets available on our website or through third party websites. Orders placed through third party websites are subject to their own Terms and Conditions and privacy policies and it is your responsibility to review their information. When we offer registration and have sales on our website such as foods, apparel, fundraiser items, and event tickets we require the goods or tickets to be paid for in full when they are ordered. Registration fees are subject to the instructions and terms set out on the registration form. Delays in receiving or failure to receive payment could result in a service, good or ticket not being provided to you. We do our best to arrange for the provision of services, goods and tickets in a timely and reasonable manner, but ultimately, purchases are at your own risk.
This website is not maintained in “real time” and therefore it is not possible for us to guarantee the goods or tickets you are inquiring about or ordering will be available. If your form or order needs to be modified, edited or declined, we will do our best to care for your concerns in a way that is agreeable to you as a customer and Barvinok Ukrainian Dance Society. Please note that registration fees, event tickets, food items and custom apparel are not eligible for returns, exchanges, credits, refunds or other compensatory methods.
Tuition and tuition discounts are subject to change. From season to season, our operating costs differ and this can result in changes to Barvinok Ukrainian Dance Societies fees, fee structures and available discounts. It can also result in changes to our volunteer and fundraising requirements.
Foods purchased through our families as part of fundraisers is done so at your own risk. Many of our food fundraisers offer fresh or frozen goods that require refrigeration or freezing. Barvinok Ukrainian Dance Society is not liable for safety of food items once it is distributed from our vendors to us or our fundraiser participants or supporters.
INTELLECTUAL AND COPYRIGHTED PROPERTY
All content published and made available on our website is the exclusive property of Barvinok Ukrainian Dance Society and those who have granted us permissions to share their creative content. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything that contributes to the content, appearance and functionality of our website.
